Job Description: Join our dedicated team at HōM Flats as a Resident Services Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience for our residents. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and services that promote resident satisfaction, community engagement, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement: Develop and implement programs and events that foster a sense of community and belonging among residents. Organize social gatherings, educational workshops, fitness classes, and other activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.

2. Resident Support: Serve as a resource and advocate for residents, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and requests for assistance. Provide information about community resources, services, and amenities to enhance resident quality of life.

3. Health and Wellness Initiatives: Coordinate health and wellness programs and services aimed at promoting resident well-being. Collaborate with local healthcare providers, fitness instructors, and wellness experts to offer onsite fitness classes, health screenings, nutrition workshops, and other wellness activities.

4. Emergency Response: Serve as a point of contact for residents during emergency situations, providing timely and accurate information, assistance, and support. Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives and communicate emergency procedures to residents to ensure their safety and well-being.

5. Community Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and service providers to enhance resident services and amenities. Collaborate with community partners to offer special discounts, events, and programs exclusively for HōM Flats residents.

6. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident services and programs. Track program attendance, resident feedback, and program outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist and support others. Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and address resident needs with professionalism and empathy.

2. Event Planning Experience: Previous experience in event planning, community programming, or related fields preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to plan and execute successful events and programs.

3. Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with residents, staff, and community partners from diverse backgrounds. Ability to collaborate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build relationships based on trust and respect.

4. Resourcefulness: Ability to identify resident needs and interests and develop creative solutions and initiatives to meet those needs. Knowledge of community resources and services to provide referrals and support to residents as needed.

5. Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond effectively to resident requests and emergent situations. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate resident schedules and program needs.

6. Passion for Community Building: Genuine passion for creating vibrant and inclusive communities where residents feel valued, connected, and supported. Commitment to upholding the values of respect, diversity, and inclusivity in all resident interactions and programming efforts.
